Do I need to be a member?
No. Memberships offer the best value and are packaged around the full ELEVATE experience, but a la carte services are available if you'd like to try a session before committing.
What is an ELEVATE Access?
An ELEVATE Access is a single credit you can redeem toward any of our services, so you can build your own mix of performance, recovery, and premium recovery each month.
Can I use different services with my membership?
Yes. You have complete freedom to allocate your monthly Accesses across our services however you'd like.
Do I need experience with the equipment?
No. Our trained staff will show you how to use everything and stay with you every step of the way, so you're comfortable and confident from your first visit.
Can I book a massage without a membership?
Yes — massages are available a la carte, as well as through massage-only memberships.
